Shipping policy

Many of my products are delivered electronically—no physical shipping required.

⭐  Digital Products

► Instant Downloads: Digital files and editable templates are available immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

► Custom Digital Artwork: Standard production time is typically 3–5 business days, or 1-2 days if rush options are selected when ordering. Once complete, I will deliver the files to you electronically, usually via email, for review. If adjustments are needed, I will edit and provide a new printable file.

⭐  Physical Printed Orders

► Shipping Origin: All printed orders are shipped from my studio in Hartford, Wisconsin.

► Where I Ship: Currently, I ship to addresses within the United States.

► Production & Shipping Time: Standard production takes 3–5 business days, or 1-2 days if rush options are selected when ordering. You'll receive a proof for approval, typically by email. If adjustments are needed, I will edit and provide a new proof. Once approved, your artwork will be packaged and shipped. Shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Faster Rush delivery options may be selected when placing your order for quicker delivery.  Shipping methods may be selected at checkout.

► Tracking: I primarily ship via FedEx or sometimes USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

► Lost or Damaged Items If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if it arrives damaged, please let me know through my Contact Page within 7 days so I can help resolve the issue.
